Yes, eBooks are available from the library in a variety of formats including for Nooks, Kindles, and smartphones. eBooks can be checked out with a Carroll County Public Library account through Maryland’s Digital eLibrary Consortium

Depending on the device you have, the process for downloading ebooks varies. You can see what you need to download an ebook to different devices in the 'Getting Started With...' section available from this link.

That section will list different devices, find your reader and click on the link to see what you will need and how to download a book to that device.
