I’ve lost the item I borrowed. What happens now?

Answer

Contact your local CCPL branch as soon as you discover you’ve lost a library item. Staff members will help you make arrangements for replacement and or payment.

In general, customers who have lost a library item are charged the list price for replacing the item plus a $5 processing fee. Exceptions are magazines and items not listed in the library catalog, which have a set replacement price of $5.
