Answer

You may request an Interlibrary Loan when at item is not available within Carroll County Public Libraries or within Maryland Public Libraries. We can search nationwide to try to locate the title. You may email an ILL request to our information staff or make the request in person when you visit your local library. Please include your name, contact information and library card number with your request.

Sometimes libraries outside of Maryland will charge a processing fee to loan items out of state. If there is a fee, are you still interested in trying to get the item? How high of a fee are you willing to pay?
